As discussed, I am working on a position and am in need of Senior Electronic Technicians or Associate Engineer. Someone from Agilent would be great but as long as they have the proper experience, that would be ok also. The pay range is between $30-$40 per hour but of course, depends on their experience. Job Description Electronics technician in support of design and application engineers in developing, fabricating and evaluating new Telecom products.
Job Requirements • Must have ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Must be able to de-solder and solder electronic components on the PCB.
• Must be able to use digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and protocol generators/analyzers (SmartBits).
• The candidate for this position should be able to work independently, have the ability to follow procedures, and complete tasks on time. Multitasking skills are a must. Must have good organizational skills.
• Additional understanding and working experience with PCB & PCBA and SMT processes a plus.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, and Excel required. OrCAD Schematic Capture a plus.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
• Experience with fiberoptic components very desirable.
• Previous experience in Telecom desired.
