Because I live in Healdsburg and so did Rit, I've inquired about what happened with Rit's death and a possible memorial service. From what I've heard, Rit's son, Jason is working on an Obit for the newspapers. I've also heard that there will be memorial at Rit's Sonoma County Airport hanger in early spring. This information is through the grapevine, so may not be correct/exact... Rit was a "colorful" character at HP. I hope we can rememeber him for the true spirit of the "fun days" at HP when we were all babies :-). My best and keep in touch!
