All's well that ends well! I found my serial cable and power supply. Then I asked Thaddeus for the Doublespeed driver files as they described on their web-site and they emailed them to me. I was able to use Transfile200 to transfer the files to my 200LX and then did a soft-boot and it worked perfectly. I had had a 2-column rightward shift in my display do to the power outage wiping out the driver files -- this fixed that. Then, the Thaddeus person suggested I re-run the Stacker setup file inherent to my Flash disk. I did and lo and behold, my entire flash disk files reappeared! All my backup files were still there, they had just disappeared when Stacker was reset. So, now I'm back in black, baby. I also got my CPack200 running on my new computer so that I could run their Translate program that reads my PDB file and converts it to a txt file. It's fun that my Palmtop still works so well! Howard
