I'll vouch for a winery job. I worked the '03 crush in a chem lab and it was tremendous fun! It was like returning to a high school chem lab. It's only a temp position, the dates determined by the start and stop of the crush, but it was loads of fun. And seeing the work entailed in transforming grape juice into world class wines was fascinating.

Good luck with your transition. It can be frustrating, scary, exhilarating, relaxing and then you do it all over again!
