Yes, There is life after Agilent. I was let go in 2006 and I am on my third job after being let go from Agilent. There is work out there but you have to have a good network of people to keep their ears open for jobs for you. I am working at Icore International and things are going good here. The way I found out about this job was through a friend of a friend. I believe that companies will not post new job opening in the newspapers or craigslist. They just post it at their company and someone will say, “I know a person that could do that job and the next thing you know, the job is filled. Things will never be like they were at H.P. I keep telling myself “there is no place like home.” But, we are not in Kansas anymore Dorothy. Good luck to the people that are looking for work and those of us that have jobs now, don’t rock the boat too much. Because, if and when things get better we can look for better job.

Take care,

Steve
